Zara delivery problem not resolved for days

On September 8, 2022, at 8:30 p.m., Cargoist informed me that a shipment from the Zara company, which I had purchased online, had arrived at my place of business. Nearing 18:30, I'll be leaving the office. Even though I never got the shipment, it appears to have been delivered. After days of searching and writing to Zaraya and Kargoist, I still have no answers and am unable to make any progress toward a decision. In this case, I feel like a victim because neither company is providing me with the product for which I paid. Please get back to me as soon as possible with a workable answer. No way is it that careless.
