The faulty Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 was not replaced by Xiaomi

In November of 2020, I purchased a Xiaomi Redmi Note 9. My phone is having issues: Apps sometimes don't work, the speaker doesn't work, the phone freezes in most applications, and the battery drains fast. When a call is received, the ringtone is silenced. During the call, there is a pause in the sound. As a result of these issues, in February 2022, I had the phone examined by a technical service technician. However, it was returned to the sender with the message that it had passed the tests without any further action. The phone rang off the hook. Evofone requested technical service in May 2022, and even though the video was tested, they sent the phone back to me without taking any action. After a third attempt to fix the problem in July 2022, I gave up and sent the phone in for repair. I sent it this time with a change request, as instructed by the technical service. Despite the fact that the speaker malfunctioned after they replaced the battery and speaker on the phone, they did not change the phone when I sent it in for a change request. When I sent it in for the third time, the technical support staff used the phone like any other and called me to say that there was no problem with it. Even after numerous emails and phone calls to technical support, I was still unable to get a response. This is the fourth time I've had to take the phone to the shop for repairs. When I inquired as to why the phone had not been replaced, the technical service representative said that they could not do so without first obtaining authorization from the manufacturer. In the video, the problem is clearly visible, but no action is taken to fix it. Official Newspaper 29029, dated June 13, 2014, published Article 9 of the Warranty Certificate Regulation. It is possible for a customer to have his product repaired for free, but only if the product fails within the warranty period. Consumers who have purchased defective goods may request a refund, reduction in the defect's amount, or replacement with non-defective goods from their seller if it is determined that repair is not possible based on an authorized service station's report. The seller, the manufacturer, and the importer are all liable if this request is not met. There is no way for the seller to turn down a customer's request. I am requesting that my phone be replaced in accordance with Article A. I'd like the manufacturer and technical support to take a look at the warranty certificate's list of items.
