As for the faulty Redmi Buds 3 Lite headphones, Xiaomi has flatly refused to replace them

On September 21, 2022, I visited a Vodafone dealer in Istanbul's Tuzla marina and purchased a pair of Redmi Buds 3 Lite headphones. Earbuds charged in the case lasted for about 9 hours on average. When I plug in my right earbud to charge, it begins flashing a white light while the left one continues to function normally. When I explain the situation to the Vodafone dealer in Tuzla Marina, he promises to ship the device to be fixed. The headset needs to be replaced with a new one rather than being sent in for service because I haven't used it yet. There is a 14-day return policy, during which I would like to send the product back, but they will not accept it. I spent 450 Turkish Lira on this item, and it malfunctioned before I could even use it. I also don't live or work in Istanbul; rather, I'm stationed in Karaman. Please contact the Vodafone dealer in a different province and ask them to swap out my headset.
