On June 14, 2022, I placed an order with WMF Americas for a WMF pressure cooker. The delivery occurred exactly three days later. I have used the pots twice per month so far, adhering to the instruction to fill them to no more than two-thirds capacity. However, the sealing ring began to leak after the fourth use. It's leaking from the same location, and the ring was tented by the oxtail stew during the initial leak. I called customer service, but there was no response. I explained the issue via email to their email address 21 days ago, but they have yet to resolve it. The sender of the message was likely a bot.
