I've been using WhatsApp since it was first released. It's especially convenient when I'm traveling abroad because I don't have to pay for communication. However, I've been having some issues with WhatsApp lately. On my Samsung tablet, I used to use WhatsApp web, but I had a login issue now. I deleted and reloaded the Whatsapp Web several times in an attempt to fix the problem, but the QR scanner is still not working properly. It used to work fine, but now it won't reload. I emailed their customer service with a detailed description of the problem, but all I got were canned responses. Never expected WhatsApp to provide such poor customer service. I'd like Whatsapp to assist me in resolving the log in issue as soon as possible.
