Without asking, Vodafone activated an entertainment service on my gsm line

It was sent to me without my permission, and I later found out that I had signed up for this service four times without knowing it. Please cancel my subscription immediately and refund the associated service fees listed on my invoice. If that doesn't happen, I will have to sue you.
