I made a complaint about the internet being very slow and disconnection issue of my Vodafone Redbox. As a result of the complaint, the field team of the relevant brand came to my house and made some measurements and it was documented that my speed was very low. Claiming that no documents have been uploaded, a fault record is created constantly and I linger for months. My internet is not working most of the day. It is very slow and I renew connection hundreds of times during the day. I do almost all my out-of-school work on the computer, but I have not had internet for a month. They don't have the right to cause me such pain!
