Superonline is unable to provide sufficient internet speed

I have Superonline home internet and TV+ready subscription, but the screen keeps going pink and blue. the signal improves, turning pink once more, and the show resumes. I'm willing to spend money on good service, but the item I bought is useless to me. We have been unable to watch television for some time now, and despite numerous calls to customer service, no resolution has been provided. How much longer I have to wait is unclear. Although I have used Turkcell and Superonline for many years, this is the first time I have ever encountered such a scandal. If you don't come up with a solution quickly, I'll apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and file a formal complaint.
