I recently ordered something from Stradivarius (order number 50081238082, placed on January 31, 2023), but what I got on February 2, 2023, was a total mess. The shoes I got were not the ones I had ordered, and they looked like they had already been sold and sent back. Why did they send me a different pair of shoes instead of just telling me that the ones I wanted were out of stock? I've been trying to get in touch with a customer service rep to get this sorted out, but it's been nearly impossible. I've been getting the runaround, and that's not cool. I'm not very hopeful that they'll be able to figure this out. I'm so upset with this company and how careless they are. From what I've seen, I wouldn't recommend shopping at Stradivarius.
