Fast deformation of Skechers Go Walk Easy shoes

On May 26, 2022, we purchased GO walk easy model shoes from Skechers Akasya. My husband only wore this shoe to work because he works in an industrial setting. He cannot wear his regular shoes to work because he is required to wear occupational footwear. On weekends, he wears mesh cloth shoes. We did not examine this Skechers model, but there is a foam part in the product, and even though this foam part did not receive any impact, deformation occurred, so the material began to deform on its own. We gave the product to be examined, saying who knows what will happen in a year, but they refused to approve the product change, claiming that there were no problems with both production and material. We have had such faith in the quality of this brand that my husband and I have purchased more than ten products from them for ourselves and our loved ones. However, brands understand that the most important factor is not the quality of the sales/product, but the after-sales support. We sent a product from this brand for review for the first time, and we determined that the after-sales support was insufficient. A department that has caused enough customer dissatisfaction that the review team does not recognize the problem as material, or even if they do (I'm not sure by what logic), they will not admit or deny it. I anticipate a thorough review and approval of the change. I'll also apply to the Consumer Advisory Board.
