Sixt İs Not Reliable, They Overcharged Me, The Worst Experience

Hi, I would like to talk about the worst experience that I have. I had a trip. During a trip that we took a few months ago, we rented one of their vehicles for a few days at a time. On the very first day, one of the tires on the car went flat. Fortunately, at the time, their customer support number was still operational; however, it is no longer operational, and all correspondence must now be conducted via email. They promised the new vehicle would arrive within 90 minutes, but it didn't show up until about three hours later than they said it would. I was required to call them regular basis to inquire about the status of the truck. This trip took place in July of last year. And I just got a bill for over $575 for all of the expenses, saying that the flat tire, the tow truck, and any other fees associated with it were my fault. What evidence or justification is there that I am to blame for what happened here? They do not possess anything. This has not only happened to me but other people as well. Examine the customer feedback. There have been many other accounts of the same situation. This company is terrible and ridiculous. I will never prefer this company again. Be careful.
