If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours before the specified pick-up time, you will be charged $100. (plus tax, if applicable). If you cancel your reservation less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a $200 cancellation fee (plus tax, if applicable).

Can you cancel a Sixt car rental without incurring a fee?

Many automobile rental businesses impose cancellation costs only if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours. Therefore, if you cancel within the 24-hour window preceding your reservation, you may be able to avoid the cancellation fee.

How long does it take Sixt to refund?

Please allow up to 10 business days for the funds to clear and become available in your account.
