I have been very dissatisfied with Samsung's service for my washing machine. I had to take it in for repairs due to excessive noise and shaking, and after 2 weeks of being in the service, it was returned to me in worse condition than before. Despite multiple calls to customer service, they refuse to take any responsibility for the issue and claim that the problem has been resolved, but this is clearly not the case. The machine is still in the same condition and is completely unusable. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of accountability and the poor service provided by Samsung. I was wondering if anybody else had a similar issue with this firm.
