When it comes to a defective Samsung phone, the company offers no support. I've used up all three warranty attempts on this device and it's still broken. Initially, it was claimed that the missing component prevented its proper functioning, so I had to send it again after having several components of the device replaced. When the product finally arrived, it was flawed in yet another way that I had complained about. I've repeated my efforts to have the warranty service fix it, but they insist there is no problem. Other than the official service center, I took it to a couple of independent repair shops, and they all came to the same conclusion about the issue. Please send a new one to me from Samsung. If this doesn't get fixed, I'm taking it to the consumer disputes board.
