Since the day I purchased the Philips FC9331 model vacuum cleaner, it has been serviced under warranty three or four times due to cable contactlessness, and they have always replaced the cable with a new one at no cost. The service representatives stated that they were constantly experiencing the same issue because the cable on this product is thin. Now that the warranty has expired, I'm back to dealing with the same cable contact issue. This model should be recalled as a defective product, and the cables replaced with thicker, stronger cables. I liked and used the vacuum cleaner, but I don't think I'll ever buy another Philips vacuum cleaner.
