Nespresso Coffee Machine was Already Broken When We Purchased It

In the Bodrum Karaca store, I purchased a Nespresso coffee machine. When I got home, it was discovered to be broken. I returned it. They didn't take it back; instead, they gave it to the service. The service provided no response. The phone is not answered by the service. Karaca did not return it. I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I'm waiting for the outcome. I was not permitted to test it in the store. It was broken when we got home. Despite the passage of a month, there has been no return. The Nespresso service is unavailable. Because there was no service return, the store refused to accept it. This is such a lengthy procedure...
