Lenovo offered insufficient support for my new Legion 5 Pro

Hello, Due to the fact that I am not proficient in English, I will be including a translation with this letter. Since I bought my Legion 5 Pro exactly one year ago, neither the camera nor the microphone has functioned properly. In the past, I have made many requests for assistance, but none of them have ever been satisfied. Unfortunately, despite the premium status of my device, I will not be able to take advantage of the fact that it can be serviced on-site as this option is not available to me. Please come up with a solution to my predicament as soon as humanly possible. As always, I truly value your assistance.
