I bought a coat from Hummel, came home, tried it on to see how it looked on me, then realized it was defective and returned it to the store. They said they'd send it in for inspection, but I said what's the point when I hadn't even worn it? Anyway, they sent it, which surprised me because it was rejected. Even the company's customer service is unimpressive. They provide a mobile number saying it belongs to the headquarters, but no one answers it. It's a terrible company. I started a social media campaign claiming that you can't even buy a sock from Hummel. I intend to file a complaint with the Arbitration Committee. I received a rejection message for the product I did not wear. I can't get through to customer service or the store!
