Dell Customer Support is Indifferent to Vostro 5410 Manufacturing Problem

Six months ago, I bought a Dell laptop. I had to use force to open the laptop's bottom cover. I kept using it because I thought it would get better over time. It started to have a problem with the the charging port. Right now laptop is not getting charged at all. With a picture and a video, I told Dell Customer Service about my problem. Experts decided it was the fault of the user. I called again to find out how they can be sure it's a problem with a remote check. There was an email that said they were aware of the problem, but after 3–4 days, there was no response. When I called, I found out that it was too late to sign up. It has been decided that the problem was caused by the user. I told them I would use the law to fight for my rights. They told me, "You can use the law to fight for your rights in any way you want." I'm sorry to say that I can't say much about the team in Turkey. I talked to our lawyer about this and asked Dell Turkey for a written response. We will go to court. I am upset that I bought this brand for 3–4 thousand TL more than it was worth.
