In spite of the fact that I had worn the leggings only a few times, the material peeled off in strips, indicating that the product must be flawed; however, the customer service representatives stated that they could not assist me without the original receipt. What kind of a satisfactory experience is this for the customer?! I offered to provide the information of the store where I purchased them as well as the date I made the purchase, but they declined my offer. Don't bother setting up a customer service department because I dumped both the leggings and my payment in the trash. I intend to submit my application to the consumer committee! What else do you need to work on if this isn't the issue that needs to be resolved?
