Agoda doesn't give refunds for reservations that were canceled

Agoda is regrettable. On June 21, 2022, I used the Internet to cancel my hotel reservation for July 2-3, 2022, in Antalya. There was no charge. They sent me a letter saying that the amount I canceled would be put back into my account in 30–45 days. But when I called the bank after 50 days, neither a refund nor a payment had been made by Agoda. I send at least 15 emails in English every day, each to a different employee. Each email says that the withdrawal will be canceled automatically on your credit card. But I'm not a credit card. I paid with a debit card all at once. I'm telling you that you can't stop the withdrawal from my credit card because I'm not a credit card. They just don't get it. It's cruel, unfair, and a pain. You can find what you want there.
