Adidas' return policy states that you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any item you are dissatisfied with, but only if you follow these guidelines:
- Send the package from anywhere in the United States.
- Please return the item undamaged and in its original packaging.

- Do not put on the shoes. Items should be returned in their original shoe box.

Remember that the following limitations apply: You cannot return customized items. Returns are not permitted for face covers. Yeezy and other Hype products must be returned through the online returns portal within seven days of delivery. The product page's seven-day return window is communicated during the ordering process.
Your return will be processed within 21 business days of its receipt at the Adidas warehouse. Once the warehouse has processed your return and issued a refund, please allow up to 21 business days for the credit to deposit into your account.
